Overview

Thrive Virginia provides emergency assistance to residents in our service area, especially those who have been affected by the coronavirus pandemic.  Emergency assistance includes food, rent, and utilities.

Thrive Virginia has received CARES funds for temporary emergency financial assistance for persons who have been adversely affected by the coronavirus pandemic.

Types of Assistance

Assistance includes rent, mortgage payments, gas cards, utilities, food, and child care.

Requirements

This assistance is for residents living in the counties of New Kent, Charles City, King and Queen, King William, Spotsylvania, Stafford, King George, Caroline, Hanover, the City of Fredericksburg, and the Town of West Point.

Residents must meet the following income guidelines for the past 30 days:
