Support Early in Life
Our Healthy Families program provides support to families during pregnancy and the first few years of a child’s life. These services are provided free-of-charge to families living in Charles City County and New Kent County.
Family Support Workers meet with parents in the privacy of their home to provide encouragement and support, as well as share useful child development information, parenting tips, and referrals to other community resources.
We believe each family is unique. Our program builds on a family’s strengths to nurture positive parent-child relationships and promote healthy child development.
