Thrive Virginia is dedicated to supporting and uplifting communities, using a Whole Family Approach to help persons fighting poverty overcome barriers to their success. The Whole Family Approach involves identifying the factors that undermine a family’s overall well-being, then working with the family to solve problems, access new resources, and sharpen existing skills.
As the CEO, I will lead our team as we focus our energy, resources, and attention to driving three significant impacts:
- Long-term, sustainable outcomes for families fighting poverty
- Healthy relationships that drive impactful, collaborative service delivery
- Sustainable infrastructure to support our work
