Our Homelessness Prevention Services have transferred to Bay Aging at https://bayaging.org/ or by phone at 804.758.2386.
If you require rental assistance for emergency services, we are still available to assist customers in our service area.
Housing laws and situations that lead to potential for homelessness are complex and often multifaceted. We encourage our customers to explore the links on this page to learn more about the fair housing laws, community resources, and to reach out to our housing counselors with any questions, concerns, or additional resources.
All of our services are free and confidential— Thrive Virginia provides prevention services as a part of the Virginia Homeless Solutions Program (VHSP), which is administered by The Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development. Prevention and Diversion are components of the Northern Neck Middle Peninsula local emergency crisis response system to ensure that homelessness is rare, brief, and non-recurring.
